Diane Jones is a native of Harlowton and was born at the hospital here.
Diane started her career in healthcare in 1971 while still in high school working at WMH as a nursing assistant. Her first degree in nursing was obtained in 1984. She returned to Harlowton and worked as a nurse for four years before completing her Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
Diane came back to Harlowton and worked as the Director of Nursing and then the hospital Administrator until 1997.
Diane completed her Master Degree in Nursing through Montana State University Bozeman and spent 15 years in Billings working in the areas of internal medicine and oncology at St. Vincent Healthcare then later at Billings Clinic.
Diane holds National Certifications in Family Practice and in Oncology.
She was an Assistant Professor at Montana State University College of Nursing, Billings Campus, and supervised the master’s degree program for nurse practitioners prior to returning to Harlowton in 2010. Diane is now back at WMH as our Clinic Director and as a Nurse Practitioner seeing patients in our clinic and in their homes.
Diane has spent her career caring for patients, teaching others or serving on various boards and developed various patient support groups.
Diane lives here in Harlowton with her husband Bob. Her hobbies include traveling, music, walking, and playing the guitar.
Diane is glad to be back “HOME” in Harlowton caring for her hometown and serving her community.
