Dwight Thompson, PA-C

Dwight is a graduate of Conrad High School and the University of Washington MEDEX Physician Assistant program.  He earned his Master’s in Emergency Medicine from AT Still University in Arizona.

He and his wife Julie have two grown children and have been in Harlowton for nearly twenty years.  In addition to Dwight’s role as a PA here at Wheatland Memorial, he also serves as the ambulance medical director for Wheatland and Golden Valley Counties.  He is a member of the Montana Board of Medical Examiners.  He is the first physician assistant in the history of US Boards of Medical Examiners to serve as President of the Board for his state.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his Golden Retrievers, gardening, hunting, camping and traveling.
