*RN-There is a full-time position open for a Registered Nurse. Twelve hour shifts, days and nights. Responsible for directing and evaluating the total nursing care for a 25 bed critical access hospital including the ER.

*Part time and a full time opening for a Dietary worker.

*Full time Certified Nursing Assistant

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide routine nursing care to assure the highest degree of quality resident and patient care that can be maintained at all times. This includes assisting in all aspects of bedside nursing care and activities in daily living. Responsibilities include promoting restorative nursing care as directed, recording resident/patient responses to specific restorative rehabilitation goals, and anticipating resident/patient needs and making rounds routinely. Success in this role requires the ability to recognize and respect the individual emotion, social and cultural needs of residents/patient including their religious beliefs. You'll be accountable for maintaining good communications and interpersonal relations with residents, visitors, providers and facility employees.

About the Speaker      Becky

Rebecca Sturdevant, MSN, APRN has been a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Occupational Medicine since 1996.  Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts in pre-medical sciences from the University of Montana, a master of science in nursing from California State University, and post MSN Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Texas.  She completed the Robert F. Borkenstein Course on the Effects of Drugs on Human Performance and Behavior.  She consults with employers for Drug-Free Workplace program development. She is certified as a Substance Abuse Program Administrator.  She is passionate about impaired driving prevention and is a volunteer for Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
